All that need be said about the coaching change, really if ya give it a think, is, "How could we get worse?" I mean, 1 division win in 2 years? Come on, boys in the press, who were we gonna hire? Who was "the right man for the job?" How come Gibbs returns (a hall of famer) and the world sounds trumpets? But when Shell returns (a hall of famer) we get HATE!? It's madness, I tell you.

The truth is, nobody can read the tea leaves. Who knows how the whole thing shakes out. Stop paying attention to what the Self-proclaimed gurus are spouting, and check the scoreboard after a season. Vince Lombardi isn't available anyway. Last I heard, he was still dead as Julius Caesar.

What real points does he make with his examples?

1. It took joe gibbs 2yrs. to get the Redskins back into the playoffs( whats the negative here?)

2. It took Vermeil 3 yrs to win a Superbowl? I don't see how that goes to prove That Shell being out of coaching 11 yrs. is bad.

You know, it's funny the way the press works. Right now they have nothing good to say about the Great ones. They can only tell us how washed up our leader is and how his latest hiring is also doomed for failure. Let these double talking fools say what they will. We will have the last laugh. These are the same people who will be the first to print and say things like "the Raiders have risen from the dead" and so on when we are back on top. Make no mistake about it. Mr. Davis simply will not stand for this franchise to be at the bottom. We are champions. Art Shell is back to see that Mr. Davis gets his franchise back on top and gets that fourth and fifth ring.
