if you go to raiders.com and hear the interview with art shell, it seems like they have no intention on cutting collins. I guess we will have to see in march when the free agents are out. i haven't seen walter play yet but id like to see the raiders give the young qb the start.

I'd like to see Walter get the start as well...what was said in the press conference that gives you the idea that Collins will remain? Just curious.

Personally, I feel that if Collins remains, Oakland will find themselves at the bottom of the standings, regardless of how much time he has to throw.

Kerry should go down on the field now to start making his reads. The guy takes way too long and gets too frazzled under pressure. Contrast that with someone like Big Ben or Hassleback. Usually under pressure, they keep their heads, step in and throw.

The problem with Collins isn't that he can't make the throws, but he locks onto one reciever. If that one reciever is covered he will either do one of three things. Take a sack, force it in, or dump it to Lamont. He never looks at option two who most likely is open. Either the play calling was horrible, in which I agree it has. But Collins has know where he is going to throw and whatoption two is.

Collins just plain sucks in every aspect of the game. He has a QB's wet dream to throw to in Moss. All you have to do is throw the ball up with Moss and let him go get it. There has never been a WR that creates his own catches like Moss.

I agree with you guys, we will never win with KC at QB. But' Walter is something special, I have a strong feeling.

That would be a big mistake if they keep colins. We did not need collins in the first palce. I don't think that al will pay him that type of money and he is on his way out of the league anyways. Start walter or tui or trade up and get leinart

Walter may be something special but our line isnt. We could bring in Manning and he would blow goats behind our pathetic excuse for a line. Until we get the protection up front, whoever we put in at qb will suck.

Collins has to go...he is the worst QB we've had in a long time...he is not a good fit for this team.

i say give Tui his chance and lets see what happens.

I know everyone wants AW to start but i don;t think he's ready yet...(he was hurt all of last season..)

collins makes our O-line look worse then it is. Ive seen a lot of times were ensted of stepping up so the tackles can push the DE past him he runs back or side ways.

Collins is our best option unless we make a play for someone. Walter/Tui won't get it done and we need to start winning now...
