<Feb. 11> According to the Baltimore Sun, associates and friends close to Lewis have said that he doesn't want to play in Baltimore for the 2006 season.
Ravens General manager Ozzie Newsome said the linebacker hasn't informed the team of any such intention, but did admit that Lewis had a recent meeting with team owner Steve Bisciotti in Florida, and said Lewis asked to be traded before the start of the 2005 season. he seven-time Pro Bowl performer actually went into a self-imposed isolation from the team last season after the Ravens declined to restructure his contract, which still has three years left.

League sources have said the Ravens were sending out "feelers" in a possible trade for Lewis, but they haven't gotten more than a second- round draft pick in exchange.

I would love to add RAY RAY. If not, Raiders should try to steal Lavar Arrington from Washington. He's been in Gibbs doghouse all year and he apparently wants out. We obviously need an IMPACT LB. Lewis or Arrington would be tremendous. Its pathetic that a rookie comes in and leads team in tackles. Thats what Morrison did.

Wow imagine getting both Lavar and Lewis this offseason, and having this lineup if we choose to run a 3-4:

Arrington/Lewis/Morrison/Clark= Brute LB Corp!!!!

of course one can dream, of course I said the same about guys like Moss and Sapp.

keep Morrison at OLB, move Clark back inside.. Morrison has too much range and speed to play inside its only limitign him.

Ray is a MLB. Danny is the Raiders MLB. We need help on the outside. Morrison is a stud, we need someone to help him on the other side. Will Sam Williams be able to stay healthy? We need to address it in he FA or draft. Do we draft Hawk???? AJ Hawk is overrated. I kinda like Chad Greenway from Iowa but at 6 I think we will address another position but who knows we might trade up to get someone special or trade down....

Well like EdoG said Ray is a MLB we could use Arrington on the outside but I believe he due big money this yr and were already ~30m over the cap.
