Possible players The Wizz might bring

Randle El is looking for big bucks and looks like the bears will be foolish enough to pay it. I hope that Wiz can bring in some good Steelers players that are familiar with his offensive schemes. I think Duce Staley would be solid if he is being released. Also maybe Charlie Batch or even Maddux. Hope and Kimo would be awesome pickups on defense at the right price.

I haven't seen Staley play in such a long time, I'm not too sure.

I'd rather stick with Walter than bring someone like Batch or Maddox over here.

And Randle El would be an intresting pickup if we weren't so stacked at the WR posistion. The only other wideout I'd welcome are the HUGE names: Owens, Smith, Johnson, etc. Other than that, we're set at wideout.

i dont know how his health would be but Curry could step into the "randle El" spot seeing that Curry was a pretty decent QB in college. Otherwise the only offensive player i would like to see come over would be Faneca he is always ten yards up field leveling some poor LB or DB.

cmon guys maddox and batch how old are these guys i wouldnt mind the age but they are washed up real bad. Batch before he started for roethlisberger this year it was his first start in 4 years cmon if you bring anybody over lets go with that good d they have like said earlier kimo VanOlhoffen or a porter ,randel el , polumolu

in terms of Batch or Maddux i was thinking of them along with Staley as backups to our current starters. I dont foresee Tui still being here so having players familiar with terminology would be nice.

No to kimo VanOlhoffen. He is a 3-4 DE and i dont think we will have the LB's to run that Def (Unless we let go of Sapp and get a couple LBs in return) and i dont want to bring it back after we ran a 4-3 (actually more of a nickle) def last year. Out of all those FA on pitts i would take Maurice Morris as a back up for Lamont, he has some great speed.

maddox....batch....r you f%*#ing kidding me....i would rather have an unproven rook like cutler or sophomore like walter than proven bums like maddox and batch...wtf....no offense, but this kind of thinking (bringing in any bum that will come) is part of the reason we are in the shape we are in....a little more respect for the silver and black....

Agreed Maddox and Batch SUCK. They are horrible both make Collins look like Marino.
