Mike Martz would now listen to possibly become an offensive coordinator somewhere.
Initially, Martz took a head coach or bust approach. We can't understand why Al Davis wouldn't consider him for the Raiders job. Jan. 20 - 2:42 pm et

Here's another thought. If Faulk is done in St. Louis, why not have him come back up Lamont. What do people thinik of that?

I hate Martz as a head coach, but he would be the perfect OC for us. Put my man Shell in charge of the ship to keep the troops in line and let Martz and Ryan handle the X's and O's and we would be a VERY good team.

Faulk is beaten up pretty bad, he is probably close to retiring, I would rather bring someone younger in, but he would be better than that waste of space Fargas.

i with alot of you...i hate mike martz and if he became our head coach it would take alot for me to swallow my pride and start to like him...but as an oc..i think he would be a good fit...you can have a x's and o's guy a as cordinater but not as a hc.
