that DaWillis will predict that Al will hire a new coach in 2006!

I tell you what Willis must be the man. You can't even joke about it in here. I never thought there would be such censorship on a Raider sight. I think most of us appreciate Willis and are joking with him about getting it wrong on this one. I don't understand the big deal about this nobody is making personal assaults if a normal member posted something wrong would get flack about it wouldn't be hidden and censored.

WHAT DID HE GET WRONG?

He said the Raiders were set to hire Saunders...not that Saunders was set to accept!

FACT: Davis lowballed him money wise and Washington stepped in and offered him more money and more job security! Willis didn't say anything wrong. If you guys interpret "the Raiders are set to hire Saunders" as "100% chance the Raiders' next head coach is going to be Saunders" that's YOUR problem.

Relax we all appreciate Willis' info and personally I'm glad Saunders isn't getting the job. But if we are lowballing coaches that is a problem in itself. Everybody needs to take a deep breathe and relax we all appreciate Willis but a little ribbing would happen to anybody that posted info like that.

..he is most of the reason people are signing up for the premium board and if he is discredited then that hurts the premium sign ups.

Willis did state and word two different posts to make you think the Raiders were hiring Shell then Saunders. There is no shame in being wrong however failure to admit it is another story.

no he didnt

his first post about Shell said that he was a contender for the HCing job

his second post about Saunders stated that Al Davis will be looking to hire Al Saunders soon.. and that didnt happen obviously but Al did want Saunders but Saunders did not want Al, Willis gets Raider news so how is he suppose to know what Saunders is thinking? he knows what is goin on with Al and the Raiders and thats that we wanted to hire Saunders, but Saunders had other plans.

When you read that what does it make you think. That Shell has to pick the right assistants and the job is his?

The second one about saunders was deleted but it was even more definite that saunders was to be named coach within a week.
Both posts basically named our new head coach.

If you don't think so then you must not have read all the posts after them and how the posters took it.

But the original question was why is Willis so protected?
Many have been banned because of him and these two posts.

Thanks I am actually one of the guilty ones to misinterpret him and get a bit frustrated...But, as you said, on closer look, Willis actually got nothing wrong, and Saunders decided on something else...thanks magnus
