Talking with someone within the Titan organization, it seems that not only has Fischer been given permission to pursue opportunities outside the organization, but he has had at least one phone interview with StL.

Further, that same source has stated that the asking price for Fischer will be at least two draft choices, a second and either another second or a third. Although all official reports from inside the organization deny all of this, I have it from that source that StL is prepared to give up those picks to get Fischer, whom they see as the logical person to take this team to the next level.

If it happens, the Titans are looking outside the organization towards a move to get Marriucci.

I rarely follow such rumors, but I find the thread of reasoning compelling. I also wonder, with his years of experience and success how he will do with the greatest show on earth if this happens

Interesting news. Next to Bill Cowher he's got to be the longest tenured coach in the NFL.

By the way, the Rams offense is referred to the "Greatest Show on Turf". I think the Ringling Brothers have the patent on the "Greatest Show on Earth"
