I think I read were belicheck is trying to discourage Mangini into going to the Jets because of their salary cap and because then the Jets would have to face the Patriots twice a year. Whoever gets Mangini will probably get Ryan too, I think his contract is up and he will go with his good friend Mangini.

Manigini may be a good coach someday, but right now he is not ready to be a head coach yet. I would much rather have Saunders or Hill.
As for Ryan, if Mangini gets the Jets job and wants him, he can have him.

Mangini is great..
he's what 35 years old? Thats amazingly young.. I'm not sure he'll succeed in his first head coaching job though.. but agree with you he reminds me of a Bill Belichek / Parcels type..
