I don't think Saunders is a lock
Yeah, personnally I don't think he is a lock for the HC job. I mean If he was going to get the job then I could understand the Lofton minority interview but then after that why interview Pat Hill? I definetly think Al hasn't made his mind up yet.

It's hard to say. Saunders may have done very well doesn't mean AL doesn't want to pick the brains of a few more candidates. I'm sure Al wants to be a hundred percent sure he got the best. I just wonder who else might be on the radar. But things seem to be moving and it may not be long.

Al always interviews allot of people, not just for our job, but also to find out different perspectives on other hirings, but nothing is a lock until the signing is official..

Nobody think at this point is a lock. But for all we know someone might be hired already and they are just letting that person pick out their staff, before making it public. I think it would be a better idea.
