I would like to see this rather than him go to Kansas City...

For reals. I think Norv is an excellent offensive coordinator so I would rather see him outside the AFC West. He would have weapons to use in KC with Gonzo and LJ. Plus, he would know our defensive schemes a little if we keep Rob Ryan. I am rooting for Buffalo to hire Norv

Yeah Norv is a good coordinator I would rather him out of our division.

I think you would if he went to one of our AFC west rivals, knowing too much about the current players we have on our team, not to mention he is SUPPOSED to be a very good OC. Anywhere but in the AFC WEST. As a head coach though, if we could clone 2 more of him , he could be head coach of the Broncos, the Chiefs, and the Chargers. that woulod be too perfect

I have heard rumour that KC is looking at him as well as Buffalo. I also would rather see him out of our division. It takes away the advantage against KC if we hire Al Saunders if Norv is coaching for them. Outside the division works for me...

Remember what happened in the Super Bowl when we had to meet up with an ex coach? Now, I am not trying to insinutate that Norv Turner is as intelligent as Jon Gruden, but the familiarity with players and possibly the defense (if we keep Rob Ryan) is a big advantage for whatever team brings him an as offensive coordinator. I would say that it would be an advantage for the opposition against our offense, but with Norv gone and Raye leaving, the offense will be fresh with a new head coach and offensive coordinator.

Norv will still be VERY familiar with each of our player's strengths and weaknesses and may will potentially be able to exploit them. I want Norv the hell out of the AFC West because even though he sucks as a head coach, he is known as a brilliant offensive coordinator. JMO's of course...

He had a weapon in Randy Moss...that he failed to use. I hope he goes to the Chiefs so he can destroy that offense. I'm rooting for Norv to join any team that we have play next season. If he joins the Chiefs twice as nice. He sucks as a Head Coach and an OC. Norv couldn't coach if he knew what the other team was calling every down.

But really is crap.
Look at how he got the rep.
Aikman, Smith, Moose, Irvin and a HUGE OFFENSIVE LINE.

I reckon any turd could have looked good with them.
And Turner has not put up excellent numbers anywhere since.

He's a turd who screwed up our team for 2 years.
