How about Linehan?
What does everyone think about getting Scott Linehan as a head coach? He was great with Moss and the Vikes. After he left they went to crap on O. He then goes to Miami and turns Chambers into a stud. I think that after some O line work, he could turn our O into the explosive unit it should be. Not to mention he already knows Randy. Any thoughts?

I think some folks said he is going to stay in Miami. It would be cool if we had Saunders as HC and Linehan as OC damn that would be an offensive explosion. lol

we could certainly use him.. but I believe Miami is not letting him go.. he worked wonders with that team.. and made the talent work and excel to full potential..

I would still prefer to hire someone with HC experience. We can't keep assuming guys who have "schemed" great offenses will have those required HC qualities, such as leadership and motivational skills. Remember, Norv Turner was also considered a "brilliant" offensive mind. Sure, Gruden was an OC, but he had those qualities. I will admit I don't know the type of person Linehan is, but I would still rather have someone who is proven as an HC.
