now that tice has been fired do you think he would be good as the next head coach for the raiders? Look what he did in minny with moss he actually used him properly,and maybe just maybe if somehow culpepper came over that would be a awesome reunion in oakland and the offense would be great. what do you think about tice as our coach?

Ziggi Wolf is stupid for firing Tice. He was a great coach, a great motivator, and he managed to have a winning record after losing moss AND culpepper.

I say we take him if he's cheap enough.

I think Mike Tice would be a great fit. I've been saying for a while now that we need a Raider at the helm, because only a Raider can win, and only a Raider has ever won in Oakland. You gotta have that Raider Mentality, All of our (Succesful) coaches had it, and Tice being a Former Raider himself, has that.

Of Course, I'd rather see Art Shell, or *gasp* Rob Ryan (The Players Choice) to take the Helm, but Tice would be a good fit, maybe offensive Coordinator?

And If none of those Coaching oppurtunitys Pan out, Maybe Pat Hill as HC with Tice as OC

Tice has had alot of talent around him and has not acheived the top spot. Yes he lost Moss and Culpepper and had a winning record but he did it with another top QB and Super Bowler Brad Johnson and a very good left over recieving core. Even with Moss and Culpepper he didn't get very far. Tice MAY be an above average coach but I don't think he is what we want. Yes he is credited with taking a team through the miseries they had this year but the players wanting to prove themselves had alot to do with that too. I mean Green Bay had to go into rebuilding and Lovie Smith just had to take over for a year in order to topple Minnesota and Tice has been there awile with consistency. How could he survive our (the toughest) division?

i dont think he would end up in oakland, didnt tice and moss have problems in minnesota

I know u people dont like sum of my ideas but here is one how bout mike tice as our coach?

reasons y=look@this year culpeper, got hurt sex scandal,2-5 to start off

and he still almost got the vikes to the playoffs much better than nov has done.
Nov has all the offseive weapons and we still lose maybe tice is a vaulebale option.

Cuz look if u have moss which he did he made moss a star reciver and nov maybe moss ****

He will work wit moss again and he improved the vikes (d)this year greatly so just an idea so tell me wat u guys think
