I don't think I can sit though this again.. no really. If Al brings in a new coach and fires everyone and we have to re-draft again I might not be able to stand it.

Al you want results? Just win baby? The greatness of the Raiders? You talk all of that you know what you have to do to get it? Fire yourself. WHy not? Its okay to fire a coach every 2 years who can't produce. Well you're the one hiring them.

I missed but "Happy New Year". But lets not bring in a retread not even Art who I loved. Fresh face new start fresh ideas. Someone who'll crack the whip. Not tolerate penalties someone who can stand up to Al Davis as well has work with him. Remeber when Al has gone for the realatively unknown coaches thats when the Raiders have had thier greatest succsess. Madden, Flores, Shell, Gruden even Callahan for one season (though that was really Jon's team). Those are the moves that need to be made. It will be an interesting offseason. But if Al brings in Martz or someone like that I'm afraid we'll only go backwards and be in for more of the same in the coming seasons.
