Pray the Raiders DO NOT hire Pat Hill as coach!
Hey guys, new to the boards. Am a lifelong Raider fan and once I heard the rumors that the Fresno St. coach Pat Hill may be the new Raiders coach, I thought "Oh no!"

I am a Fresno fan and want him out as the fresno St. coach but not if it means going to the Raiders!

I don't know we would go after an average college coach. The guy doesn't seem like a NFL HC canidate to me.

Saw the website. Hmm...I think the above quote makes this guy the perfect Raider Coach. At least in terms of what traditional Raider football has produced. Given who the Raiders have now, I'd personally love to see some emotion on the sidelines.

Honestly, I think an interesting question would be...is Pat Hill a better Head Coach than Norv Turner?

Take it from me, he is NOT a NFL head coach or college head coach for that matter (maybe high school).

But he IS a legit candidate. Peter King of SI rated him the 4th hottest NFL HC prospect and there was a SF paper article about it.

Don't get me wrong, I love Hill as a coach, but I would rather have other proven NFL caliber coaches. I will admit though, he does have a certain pissed off Raider aura about him.

Those numbers do tell quite a bit, but disgruntled Raider fans will look at this thread, think about Norv Collins, and want to visit www.hirepatHill.com!
