Jim Harbaugh - HC of Raiders?
Heard this rumor over the holiday! Is this a true rumor, because if so it does sound good to me!

I think Al and Jim would be a good fit. Alot better than already in place with Norv.

I thought about Harbaugh sometime back...that was about it...I remember him as a player and I know he was the QB coach at Oakland a few years back...what's he doing now? Google time...

It appears Jimmy is the coach as San Diego U. He just led his team to an 11-1 record and was named the PFL coach of the year.

I love that guy, I dont know about coaching wise or not........All hell we gave norv a chance, why not Jim. But seriously that guy is a class act.

I found only two items via ESPN. The first was he was recently charged with Drunk Driving. This occurred during the season he was coaching at the University of San Diego. Hmm, discipline issues if you can not even discipline yourself may be an issue. He did plead innocent. He also helped them to a best 11-1 record this year. I also noted that he was our QB coach, hired in 2002. Anyone have anything further on him?

Gruden was cited for drunken driving too, I didn't see him having any discipline issues.
