Al better not hire him or Fassel, Martz, Nuehisal [Sp]...the scary part part is..is that they are the exact types of coaches Al goes for.

Jim Fassel would be a nice fit! he is a good HC

ill take Fassel, Shell, JJ for sure, just not Neuhensiel, Butch, Martz, or Billick

maybe Martz but hes a loony toon, Billick is just terrible, Fassel is a fine HC!, Shell and JJ are very good, and ill even take Herman Edwards.

I live close to New York and got to see alot of Fassel. I don think he is a bad coach but idk if he is the right coach for this team right now. He has to be better then norv though right ....cant get much worse than Norv lol.

yeah, I have to agree here.NO to Butch davis.he was a solid coach at Miami BUT he was horrible for Cleveland.Also, you say forget about Jimmy johnson coming here.he will NEVER coach the Raiders b/c he likes to have control over who he drafts & his staff.Al isn't going to release that power anytime soon.besides, JJ has already declined the GM & HC job for Houston Texans
