Just a thought, but would Mcnair be a good pick up? I mean just for one year. 3 Reasons. (1) He's got atleast one year left in him. (2) He'd be a great teacher to a young Walter, for he's a proven winner. (3) Probably not too expensive to sign. The only reason I would pass on Mcnair is that he is an injury waiting to happen. But if not Mcnair who? Maybe Patrick Ramsey, Jon Kitna? There is one guy I really like alot, Matt Schaub of Atlanta. He really looks like a player waiting for a chance to show he's a starter. I'm sure we could arrange a trade for any of these guys and not lose our core. Thoughts?

McNair is a good option because
A.) He can scramble B.) He still has atleast 2 more years in him C.) He shouldnt be too expensive D.) He's older so once he's finished the Walter era can begin E.) His inujuries dont scare me cuz if he does get hurt Walter should be able to step in, with no problems. |

McNair is too prone to getting hurt...and with our O Line the way it is... I see pain in his future...

No way I don't want McNair! Even though his price will go down it still wouldn't be cheap. Plus he's injured way too often & I would just like to play Walter & get a backup to test him for the starting job. First thing though is address the o-line so whoever is QB they won't get killed.
