Word is that the team has done with Tui long term, they've seen enough, Walter in under serious consideration for Sunday, which links to the back rumour that Walter would have started last week if he'd have been fit.

It seems if Walters' fitness is deemed adequate he'll get the start on Sunday.

Personally i've never thought for one minute that there was any belief in Tui in the organisation, certainly not from the man upstairs.

We might not be far away from the Andrew Walter era.

I thought Walter was injured? Anyways yeah I would love to see Walter but I don't want to see him getting killed behind our o-line.

Tui is a westcoast dink and dunk QB.This offense is built for a longball QB vertical game just like Andrew.He should have started Sunday.I say trade Tui to the Bucs for a 2 or 3 draft pick.Let Gruden have him he drafted him.Tui deserves to play he just don't fit our needs.

It seems he's been practicing and the injury was not as bad as suggested last week.

Tui has zilch trade value, TB have Griese and Simms who is doing a great job, we drafted him in the second and five years on and without nothing proven it will be impossible to get that pick back.

I feel bad for Tui. He has given 5yrs to the Raiders and finally gets to play and now is back on the bench. This makes Norv look dumber than dirt. The team didn't even try to win last Sunday. How can Norv justify not giving Tui a fair shot. He is obviously just being used as a lame duck. FIRE NORV!

Wow, poor Walter they are feeding him to the wolves but I understand why they have to do that, with so many good QB's coming out in the draft and some good old veterans hitting the market Walter has got to be tested now. I just hope the O line sacrafices themselves this week to give the kid a chance and I hope Walter is practicing his quick release he is going to need it.

And, thre is no hope for Tui in the organization.
It says alot when after 5 years of being a #2, a #3 in Walter was up for the starting QB job but was set back because of injuries..

If tui had any chance of being a number one, and any skill...He would have been the clear cut choice to replace Collins. But the opposite happened, the Raiders (and you BET Al had a say in it) wanted Walter to start instead.

Ill be so ****in happy if Walter starts...

There isn't a link, it's just a rumour, something i've heard from a source that has not often been wrong about what's happening in Oakland.

Ya, my bad. Thats what i meant though. Ive always said Tui isnt cut out for a starting job... Some people just hate collins so much they are willing to believe anything.
