It is being reported here (East Coast) on a talk show Winslows career may be over - saying this accident is worse then being reported.....
Anyone else here anything about this one?

Updating an ongoing storyline, Clark Judge, reports for SportsLine.com, according to sources the Cleveland Browns are now fearful TE Kellen Winslow Jr. may have torn his ACL. The team also suspects Winslow may have suffered ligament or tendon damage to his shoulder, according to sources. The injuries occurred when Winslow crashed his motorcycle Sunday, May 1.

Tony Grossi, of The Plain Dealer, reports agents Kevin and Carl Poston are on their way to Cleveland to visit their client Cleveland Browns injured TE Kellen Winslow Jr. They may also be visiting with Browns team officials. In the last few days many things have been written about the possibility that Winslow violated his contract by riding a motorcycle. Riding a motorcycle is expressly prohibited in Winslow's contract, according to an independent NFL source contacted by The Plain Dealer who has a copy of Winslow's contract. Browns spokesman Bill Bonsiwiecz said the team would not comment about the contract situation.

In a statement released by the Cleveland Browns, the team noted TE Kellen Winslow Jr. (knee, shoulder) remains at The Cleveland Clinic following a motorcycle accident Sunday, May 1. A timetable for his release has not been determined. While his internal injuries remain stable and improving, there continues to be concern over injuries to his right knee, which will continue to be evaluated.

That sucks. I don't really like him because he is such a big mouth and hasn't done **** in the league, but still too bad that he may not get to realize his potential. Just like Jayson Williams, the PG out of Duke who played one year for the Bulls then had a terrible motorcycle accident, his career is probably over.
Kellen should have lied about being in a motorcycle accident though so as not to violate his contract. He should have done what Jeff Kent did a few years ago when he was with the Giants and broke his wrist in a motorcycle accident. He just said that he fell washing his car.

All I have to say about this matter is that Kellen Winslow is a complete idiot. It is obvious that football is not a priority for him. I am not an expert, when you are in the NFL, football has to be your life. Look at all the greats, they live, breath, and sleep football. Not to mention, Winslow has not completely recovered from his broken leg suffered against Dallas last year so why the hell is he riding a motorcycle?

I heard on Colin cow"turds" show on ESPN radio this morning that Winslow was in the Cleveland clinic for two days and that the Browns have been very "tight lipped" about the situation. He also reported that in what information that has been released that Winslow's knee and one of his shoulders were "damaged". I don't know about you but when I hear the word "damaged" it is usually not a "good" thing.

what i dont get is the report i read said it was him and some buddies in a parking lot? what was he doing to hurt himself that bad just riding in a parking lot? tricks or speeding around. i mean i hope he is ok i never like to see anyone get hurt, but it sounds like he is being pretty stupid.

There is another thread saying Raiders could sign him, this is ridicoulous. His carrer is not worthy
