Note the bottom on Gannon at Indy's Mini Camp http://www.insidebayarea.com/raiders/ci_2701145 I would rather have Gannon there then with Chiefs or Broncos or San Diego

I think the whole Raidernation and Raider Organization just are looking out for his well being thats why he is not with us now, we don't want to see him get a hit that will paralyze him. I will miss him as a Raider and wish him all the luck in the world where ever he plays next as long as it's not in the AFC west. Thanks for the memories Gannon.

I don't read much into that. With his recent neck injury, I doubt that many teams would sign Rich. If a team does, and Rich still wants to play, I say good luck to him. He was great while he was here.

I read that Gannon said he plans on playing another season even if its not with the Raiders. Bucs,Browns,Giants, and I guess now Colts could all use Gannon as a back-up/spot starter

Gannon was a classy guy and did his best for the Raiders. I have no bad feelings and I wish him all the best in Indi. If Gannon heals up they could have a fully capable backup QB. Manning might even become a better QB because he can learn from Gannon's experience. Of course Manning is a much better QB than Gannon, but you can always learn from a player who has more experience.

Why would he go to Indy and be a back up when he could stay a Raider and be a back up? I think Gannon needs to see the writing on the wall and call it a day.

For his sake, however, I hope he hangs it up. I would hate to see him suffer a serious injury that would affect his life after football.

yeah well all i can say is best wishes to rich gannon if the raiders dont win than i want the colts to win even though i already liked the colts before but now i hope they win if the raiders dont
