The Gaston Gazette reports the Carolina Panthers are close to reaching a deal that would send three-time Pro Bowl P Todd Sauerbrun to the Denver Broncos, two league sources confirmed Saturday. However, sources said there remain a few details to be worked out and it could take a couple of weeks before a deal is officially consummated. It’s unclear exactly what the Panthers would get in return for Sauerbrun, but it’s not likely to be anything higher than a fourth-round draft choice.

Saurbrun is an animal. I saw him at the Clevelander is South Beach befire the national championship game this year. He was starting fights with everyone and threw a guy in the pool. When punters attack look out. He wasn't picking fights with small guys either, he was going after the biggest guys in the bars. He's not a normal punter...all juiced up and full of booze.

I am so sick of hearing that crap. When we traded for Moss, I heard an interview with Ted Sunquist, the Donkies GM (even though we all know Shanarat makes the decisions). Sunquist was asked if the Broncos had any interest in trading for Moss, and he responded by saying "he is not the type of player we want on this team."

Okay, jackass. You don't want the best WR in the game, a guy who competes his ass off every week, but you have no trouble bringing in punters who use roids and Cleveland Dlineman who don't give a damn about football and aren't willing to work and make themselves better.
