I live in Lafayette LA and I call the local radio show and tell them about this so call trade with Pbrunt and they would do it in a heartbeat they think Pbrunt is awesome. But this guys don't like the Raiders, but never fear I always tell these nonbelievers the greatness of the Raiders and they say well our season was bad and the Aints almost made the playoffs and then I tell them, "when your team only has one playoff win in their entire history" you should not talk about a team with more playoffs wins in one season than you have in the history of you team.

I got so irritated with all the rumors last night that I went onto a Saint chat site. They had a nice thread thoroughly debating this whole thing. They like Buchanon but dont want him as much as they want the cap room. Much like Woodson is to us, Howard is to them. They realize that the team would be better served if they spend the money elsewhere and picking up Pbuch is a welcome addition opposite Mckenzie thus ending their need for a cornerback. The overall consensus was that straight up they were just not getting enough. However, they were willing to settle for a late pick this year or mid round next year. I think both teams would be well served under this proposal and I think they want to do it but are trying to bleed us for about a first day pick this year. Of course, all of this is in the background of our money situation.

lol its amazing how fast ppl change...When P. Buch would always get INTs and return them for TD everyone would be "jockin" him...Now all of a sudden ppl turn their backs on him.. But hey if he doesn't like being an Oakland Raider than **** HIM!

I would love to keep P.Buch because he comes from THE U, but its true, he is not playing up to his potential, he said before last season that he was going to get 12 INT or something? He needs to step it up because he surely is upsetting me.

Now we've all seen the different threads on cwood and pbuch on here and this is the best senario I can gather.

1) trade cwood to Arizona for draft pick
2) trade pbuch and 6th. round pick for howard.

Now if we get rid of cwood 10.5 mil and pbuch (don't know how much he is getting this year) but let's say 5 mil?......so that saves us 15 mil. but then we're short on cb's.

so howard is due 6.66 mil this year
we get sharper for around 5 mil?
that leaves us with 4 mil to get a corner.....how much would it take to get Hill???

This whole thing is getting confusing......Man! I really do hate the offseason!
