It says at the very very bottom of this article that the raiders are still tryiin to get no play ray back.

No Play Ray ain't the worst, pretty bad, but not the worst. Sign him to vet-minimum, throw him in the mix with the rest of our safties, but DON'T RELY ON HIM!

Finally, we are getting the Konrad deal done. Please do not bring back No Play, there has gotta be other FA veteran FSs out there that we can pick up. Resigning him will be taking a step back in the secondary.

Ray would be a great pick up. You guys are too hard on him. The fact of the matter is that we have very very young safetys and his veteran experience will help those youngsters. As far as play time goes, well thats what the preseason is for. If he keeps getting burnt then he will be Schwiegerts back-up, which will likely be his role. I mean he is a pro bowl DB with over 10 years of experience. You dont just throw that away.

I just read this in the "Hot Off The Press" section. I don't know why the Raiders are intent on bringing his sorry-ass back. Unless they plan on just using him for depth (behind Schweigert), there's no reason to bring him back. I can't stand another year of seeing him jump on the pile at the end of the play, or chasing down a receiver from behind.

DAMMMM !!! unless he proves otherwise this year, this is the worst move of the off-season so far and it saddens me, cause as luck would have it he will get burned on that one play that would take us to the SB.
