Last week we were hearing about Arz trading Shelton for T. Henry. Arz just traded their best cb to New England. Now here's the good part. Al can package Simms and Woodson for their second and third this year and next years second round.
That looks to be a good trade for both teams.
Also, Arz has 20m in cap space so they can afford to sign cwood.

We have to keep Sims, he shut down Freeney and Rice. He has improved tremendously. Ariz would be getting a way better bargain. Cwood can get people in seats and sell a few jerseys. So we have to get fair compensation.

His 'sacks against' and 'penalties against' numbers have improved every year for three years. Ask Wisniewski who are best lineman was. Next year it might be Robert Gallery though. The line has too many holes and question mrks at the moment to lose our best player.
