I think that division is going to go from one of the weakest to one of the strongest. 4 good coaches.

I would've liked to see him come here, he'd bring stability and consistency, something we've been w/o for a long time. A rookie HC will have a much harder time accomplishing that.

Anyway no point in talking about it now, he signed with the Rams (lol) over the Dolphins. I can't imagine what's attractive at all about that franchise.

This just goes to show that the original rumor was complete crap against the wall.

Fisher wanted to change the structure of power in MIA, and when he didn't get it, he went with St.Louis. If true, we KNOW the Raiders would have never entertained Fisher. We have our GM, and don't need a guy being a decision maker who has won 6 out 17 seasons.

Fisher wanted more power than Hue... only thing he could do in Oakland is coach. Fisher gets to pick his own GM, and establish the structure in St.Louis. For a mediocre coach he's getting a lot of power.

That's funny, I thought our GM knows him quite well. Feel more comfortable with a guy our GM knows and feels is good for the job over any of these mediocre coaches that got fired from mediocre teams and coaches that have been retired for years. To this day I still can't figure out why we want Gruden back. Because of his scowl? The thing I will remember him for is being fired from TB cause a ****ty Raiders team kept them out of the playoffs.

Wasn't any weight at all in the Fisher rumor, made for some good discussion though, located in the wrong forum perhaps.

I wouldn't be so sure about Moss. Although I wouldn't be upset in the least bit, one would think that there will be a handful of other candidates reviewed and interviewed prior.
