NO WAY...when he entered the draft a few years ago, it was because he was told he was going from starter at Georgia to third string.
The the idiot Cowgirls draft him in the second round. No thanks...I don't want another second rate college QB on our roster...after all don't we still have Rob Johnson and Tee Martin already.

I think Quincy has a chance to be a very good NFL quarterback. He's mobile and he throws a nice deep ball. He had some very good games for the Cowgirls last season, without the benefit of a running game. That said, I don't want him starting for the Raiders this year. He'd make for a nice developmental player behind Gannon though . . . better than Tui, in my opinion.
