Question Trading Walter or Fargas for a WR

I hate to lose either of these two, but they seem to be the top two we can deal...?

I read, saw, and even heard someone on Sirius NFL radio today saying how J.Walker needs to go.
I really wanted to see his play of the Packer days, here in Oakland, but you can't always get what you want.

I know we will be stuck with him, unless they talk him back into retirement, but if he continues to make NON plays, then Curry will be #1, and Carter #2

we need to get one of the Cardinals WRs, or someone but who?

guess we will be stuck with what we have, but anyone else feel these 2 are the only ones we can trade with Value that we can afford to lose?

We really need to surround JRuss with reliable talent.

6 passing play drive to the TD. Without Miller, none of that would have been possible. Russell needs WR who have soft enough hands to handle his heat and can improvise when he gets flushed..We still havent lined McFadden up as a WR though...

Javon looks a step behind and is too self-concsiouce. He was too busy saying Dammit and slapping his hands together to notice the late hit on that first drive...

Teams like the Vikings, Panthers and San Fran could bite on this. AW is an up and comer like Schaub was when the Texans traded for him.

We can't let Walter go because we wouldn't have a legit backup for Russell. As much as I would hate to see him go, the guy with value is Fargas. And we could probably trade him to the Cards for one of their WRs. Maybe Fitz since he likes our cheerleaders so much.

so we
1. accelerate fargas bonus to this year killing our cap
2. trade AW and go into the season with 2 QBs JR and Tui as the back up.

sonds great but nobody is going to trade for a starting QB this late into traning camp.

Lose Walker and promote Schilens and Watkins and we'll get through the year. Not spectacular but they'll make plays. Walker is just a distraction taking up space. This year's Wiliams.

We don't know what either can do at this point. That would be a huge risk.

Walker is not looking like a good signing at this point but we have to give him a couple of games. Remember He still is coming off a major injury. He is a huge investment and we can't give up on him just yet.

If we can get something good for Fargas or Walter I would do it. Russell needs a reliable WR. Curry is a good player with alot of heart but he should probably be a #3 or a #2 with a real #1 next to him. At this moment he is probably our best WR....

IDK who is out there but I would at least gauge interest for those two.

yeah, I thought of that as well...
I was thinking walter and Fargas, or Walter and a pick for Hester (bears) but we really can't lose walter, cause if something(god forbid) happened to rusell, then we would have Tui

i hope that he (walker) gets out of his funk after pre-season.

I sure wish we would've drafted Lavelle Hawkins over Arman "IR" Shields. Hawkins might end up being TN's best WR this seasona AND he's a return man.

the arizona cardinals are not going to trade fitsgerald for walters and fargas together let alone either one by thier selves . the raiders do need to make some kind of decision about walker though . i would be very happy with curry as our no. 1 wr because he deserves it anyway.as far as shcillens or watkins they both should be on the opening day roster i see huge potential from shcillens .

Trade Walter? This guy is looking too good to deal him away. He makes a great 2nd string QB because any chance he get's he's going to go all out to make a name for himself. Tui, unfortunately for him, is a career 3rd stringer.
Trade Fargas? He earned his spot on this team and we all saw him in action on a Raider team with a bad offense, so he's a known entity. I can't wait to see him on this team. I know we all have high hopes for McFadden but if we put all our faith in DMC it could come back to bite us. I like having the 3 headed RB Monster of Fargas-DMC-Bush!
So what do we do?
We don't have a lot of experience to choose from at WR, with Curry and Walker at 7 yrs and Carter at 5. Just by going on what I've seen these past two games I would see what Walker can do at the #1 spot but I would have Curry, Carter, Higgins and Schilens ready to make their mark. I don't think we need a Pro Bowl WR just a corp that can make some plays. Then we can use our TE and RB's as pass options.
We try to pick up a WR from a team that is currently rich in WR talent.

RAAAAAIIIIIDERRRRRRSSS!!!!
