I'll admit I've always liked Favre and his throwback style and mentality, I think it would've fit in nicely with the Raiders, and would've gladly welcomed the thought of him becoming a Raider at some point in his career, but I have to admit that that time has passed. This is clearly JaMarcus's team now. This is his time to prove himself as a starting QB in this league. The Raiders have too much money, time and effort invested in him to turn back now.

I agree... as much as I think Russell will fair well, and I truely feel we need a vet to back him up... (going into the season with Tui, and or Walter maybe the season if for some reason they need to play) Dante would be welcomed back in my book.
