Sure he doesn't lay the wood, he's not a great run support guy, but he's a Free Safety! Does anyone know what a Free Safeties priorities on the field are? It's to stop the pass, not to watch the running back. If a safety is doing that it should be the Strong Safety.
Anyway, Stu would be better off on a different team, but the Raiders would be better off keeping him as a backup.

EVERY single player has to be a solid tackler minus maybe a corner who you sacrafice tackling for coverage. The FS is a last line of defense. Stu hasn't been a good FS, special teamer, or football player. He's broken up like 10 passes his whole damn career. His tackling improved in 2006 and he made a lot of good stops but he was pathetic last year, hecnce getting benched for
