Has anyone thought about LAW

it seems that as days pass by, ty law and the patriots are not happy with each other. if the possibility that the patriots drop law like they dropped milloy last year, what do you think of the chances that we will actually be able to sign him. all those rumors about trading woodson might actually be done if we can replace woodson with law. opinions anybody?

I touched on this in one of my earlier post in another forum. I agree, if Ty Law is unhappy and you can get the numbers to work, why not do a straight trade with Woodson for Law?

Law is a Leon, and as far as skill goes, I'd rather just keep a proven RAIDER in Woodson. Not to mention Law is 30, and Cwood is only 27. A straight trade would be a waste. I personally think we need to hold onto Cwood with both hands, but if we do trade we better be getting something better than a slightly older version of him.

I don't think we ca afford him. We still need $$$ for C. Wood & draft picks

I like our young secondary that we have with the exception of our S's. After Rod leaves we will need a good replacement. This is our only week spot. Nnambi and P Buch will only get better.

They all need to step it up this year...no excuses, we now have good coaching, good d line, no excuses for sub par secondary play...i still would like for us to draft taylor.

i say get law, drop gannon (so we dont have to payhim his $...all tui will have to do is hand off the ball to dillon), and move woodson to safety (just like rod)

That has seemed to work get a good D and have a no name offense and win a SB. The last big time O to win a SB was St Louis.

The entire Raider secondary was unimpressive last season. Clarles can not do it on his own and after Rod went down the safeties really fell off.

Also, I'm not completely sold on this coaching staff. I think Turner is just a band-aid to fill a position until someone really good becomes available. Someone sell me on Turner.
