Actually, I posted it with the ferverent hope of annoying you! ![]() [II'm kind of combining here and this is complete 100% speculation. Just saying, "What if" this was up for discussion? For or agint'? Of course the inevitable American answer..."I'd rather have both..." ][/i] Did you READ the thread? Or where you in too much of a rush to ![]() Did you miss the threads saying "ASO ASKED TO BE TRADED" or "PHILLY WANTED ASO"? IF Aso had to go, why not for OCHO? Looking for for and against is all. This is what I was hoping for. Chad's been a ONE THOUSAND yard reciever 6 out his 1st 7 years. Nnamdi's 26, Chad's 28. Not exactly Adrian Peterson for George Blanda. Nnamdi has ONE good season out of 5. He was dinged and not thrown at because teams didn't need to and he'd earned a reputation off that ONE year. Certainly Nnamdi could be the elusive Cover corner so hard to find and that Davis loves, but he could just as easily regress or show another side if Oakland somehow stops the run consistently. Teams wary of Hall may test him more. Hopefully he proves himself, but its certainly not a lock he's the be all end all...yet. Chad could give Jamarcus and all the other receivers a better chance just by lining up for the snap. Its funny how people ADD all these stipulations to things people NEVER said or implied. YOUR the one who interpreted it as a STRAIGHT UP man for man deal. These kinds of threads are for speculation. Specaulation like... Like how about BURGESS for Chad? |

Yeah, I hope it doesn't come to that. It was ugly. Do, but can't really blame Woodsen for doggin' it all those Franchise years.
He as much as proved it with his Green Bay resurge. I think if Aso PROVES it this year, he's in like Flynn. He'll have his mettle tested with Hall on the other side, at least at first... |

I dont really want to see them trade away Asomugha. As much fun it is to speculate on this the Bengals made it clear they would rather pay him to sit out than trade him for top draft picks. This is why the Bengals will always a joke.

Chad is 30, not 28. I too am a Chad Johnson fan, but if we are going to trade for him, we can't give up too much. I think that we should trade our #4 pick for Chad and Cinci's #9 pick. Then we can draft Ryan Clady/Sedrick Ellis and all is well.
