saw this rumor on another board and wanted to share it with you all.


SD just agreed to send the rights to David Boston and Drew Brees for Charles Woodson and a 4th round pick!!!! SD also says that they are trying to work out a trade to send Quentin JAmmer somewhere!

If this happened and we drafted Mike Williams, who would have a defense to keep Boston, Porter, Williams and Teyo out of the END ZONE??? Add Dillon to the mix and you could rotate Gannon, Tui and Brees and still have a scary offense!

Talk about your ball control, the defense would get a lot of rest!

nicely said. i am a huge CW fan, but he is getting hurt alot for being young. last year i was kinda disappointed in his defense, but if we can make this trade i saw go for it. Brees will become good in due time, and Boston is a stud(with some problems that can be worked out). i live in SD and ive read papers, and i dont think they are gonna trade Brees, unless they are for sure gonna draft eli

no doubt...they gonna convert gibson to linebacker or what...if not we better get to signing some free agents...dont know if I would trade c woodson to a conference rival...im not so stoked about this rumor....would have rather had a high first and 2nd rounder...then again...boston does kind of give charles fits when they go head to head so maybe not such a bad gig after all...just keep him away from the balco facility, we all know how obsessed he is with having those 24 inch arms on him...

yeah, where are the linebackers to run our 46 or 3-4 D...are we gonna move gibson to linebacker or just put as much beef on the d line as we can to let the young guys at that position develop...dont know how much i like this trade proposal...i would rather have high first and 2nd round picks....but then again boston does seem to do very well against charles so that may not be such a bad thing trading him to a rival....

dont like it....would rather have early draft picks...we still need linebackers, are we moving gibson to lb? then again boston does have very good games against woodson, maybe not such a bad thing after all.
