Sirius Radio : Lane Kiffin will not be the Raiders coach in 4-6 weeks
Ok, don't kill the messenger on this one. I was listening to The Red Zone this afternoon and Bruce said according to his "sources", Kiffin will not be the coach of the Raiders in 4-6 weeks, that there will be a buyout. A caller pressed him on it but he obviously wouldn't name his sources except to say that it wasn't Lane or Al. Here's to Bruce being full of crap. Get your popcorn ready.

And we are waiting 4-6 weeks for what? That will be April and the draft is on April 26th? The combine is in 2 weeks if Kiffin is not a big part of that then he is gone if he is this is BS. I hate unnamed sources within the organization. Could it be one of these guys?

No shi.t, if it's gonna get done, DO IT NOW.. Don't string us along for yet another clusterf*ck of an offseason any more than we have to.. Like a previous poster said, that's gonna put it right in the middle of FA and draft preparation..
Just hire Lofton now and get it over with..

It might be better if it does happen. Lets face it even if Kiffin Coaches the Raiders this year he wont when his contract is up.

The only possible thing I can think of that would make sense, at least to al davis, is that they would wait until after the free agent signing period starts so they can pick up some big names before they fire yet another head coach and tarnish the organizations image even further
