The most recent situation with him and that female in the club that he suppose of hit is pretty fresh in Goodell's mind even though the changes

I'll give the Titans John Bowie for Pacman straight up.

Say what you want about Pacman's obvious struggles to stay out of trouble off the field, but Nnamdi and Pacman would be a heck of a 1-2 punch at CB.

Not to mention how huge of an upgrade Pacman would bring to the Raiders KR/PR game.

I'm not necessarily advocating that Pacman should be a Raider, but I can see why Al Davis would certainly be interested for the right price (dirt cheap).
