Reloading not Rebuilding...
Ted Washington, Ron Stone and potentially Bobby Hamilton (NE DE end), Corey Dillion (Cin RB), Warren Sapp (TB DT),
Orlando Brown (Ravens OT), a # 2 pick and a shot to make a move for Tim Couch. I'd say the Raiders are ready to win NOW! I love the moves and we still have young legs like Teyo, Fargas, Buchanon, Woodson (in his prime), Brayton, Asmougha, Gibson and Tui. This is going to be a solid year for the Silver and Black.

The Raiders never rebuild, they just reload with a diffrent cast of players.
