* NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is expected to revisit Pacman Jones' suspension in February after he returns from the Pro Bowl. Jones probably will be reinstated then. Titans coach Jeff Fisher wasn't ready to talk about Jones this week. "We've got a lot of internal discussions that will be taking place regarding his status," Fisher said. According to several league sources, the Titans will look to trade Jones. He would address two of the Eagles' more pressing offseason needs – a shutdown corner and a kick returner. But there's no way Andy Reid would consider bringing a guy with his character issues to One NovaCare Way. If the Titans think they are going to get a high draft pick for this guy or even a good player they are kidding themselves but you know what ? I think we can take on Pacman Jones and I wouldn't mind having him honestly and this is why. 1) Pacman Jones know that he can't get into anymore trouble cause if he do he is out of the league 2) We are poor at punt and kick returning and Pacman is a good kick returner so that really pops into my head and plus Higgins is not that good at it anyway. 3) If Pacman was to become a Raider he will already be our 2nd best CB behind Asomugha and making for a good duo with him and then we can really trade away Fabian washington. 4) And the last thing is he can be had for a low round pick just like we traded Moss for a 4th rounder we can get Pacman for a low rounder. I say why not I'd welcome the guy in Oakland as long as he keeps out of trouble. Isn't it funny how some people already have him going to Oakland or even Dallas since they have Tank Johnson and T.O

His off the field issues worry me. But he knows that if he messes up one more time he is out of the league. He is a pretty good football player and would help us but I do not want him to make this locker room dysfunctional in any way shape or form.
MAYBE for a late rd pick but if the Raiders even sniff trouble with him there should be no hesitation in cutting him. |

Re-do contract, then trade 5th or 6th rounder, incentive based contract, little or no signing bonus, clause that allows recapture of any signing money due to illegal or conduct detrimental to the team.

I'd take a chance on him. That incentive based, one year contract would be a good idea, if he messes up we can cut his ass right away and not lose much at all. He'll get picked up somewhere, that's for sure. He's got issues but he's too good of a player for someone not to take a chance on him.

LOL You talking about me huh ? Well, Chad is 30 years old and I just don't want him to waste his career here then would want to leave. Pacman wouldn't have a choice cause I don't think many teams would take a change on him.
