Im not a huge Callahan fan as he went paranoid after the Super Bowl thinking the league figured him out. But I put the Super Bowl loss on the heels of the actions of Barrett Robbins. Tim Brown said that they were prepared to have the Super Bowl be the Tyrone Wheatley show but Callahan reverted back at the last minute to the passing game. Why? Cause god bless him, Adam Treu was a decent pass blocker but wasn't much as a run blocker.
If he goes to KC, I have a feeling that their QB will be Chad Pennington next year.

Wrong...If I remember right, with that Superbowl there was only one week off. They went from two weeks off down to one week off for a while and then back to two weeks. It would have been hard for the team to really change things with one week before the game. Possibly some of the audible verbage could have been changed. Hindsight is 20/20, man. You have to remember that the Raiders had one of the most prolific scoring offenses in the history of the NFL. From their perspective, why change? I know...we can see what happened. It's easy to point fingers after the fact!

If life is ultimately the result of random processes or chance, then so is thought. Your thoughts including what you are thinking now, would ultimately be a consequence of a long series of accidents. Therefore, your thoughts would have no validity, including the thought that life is a result of chance or natural processes. For it would be a proof that there are no such things as proofs. Which is nonsense. By destroying the validity of ideas evolution undercuts even the idea of evolution. |
