Chad, T.j. "Out of Control"

Quote:
A league source tells us that there is growing animosity in the Bengals locker room toward receivers Chad Johnson and T.J. Houshmandzadeh.

Per the source, both are yelling "all the time" at quarterback Carson Palmer, but coach Marvin Lewis doesn't say or do anything about it.

Players are also upset that the two receivers are trying to "run the team."

The situation reminds us of the latter days of the Denny Green era in Minnesota, where receivers Cris Carter and Randy Moss

were berating quarterback Daunte Culpepper and operating under a separate set of rules.

That team is out of control.. Couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of guys..

I was watching the Cinci game last Saturday. Johnson seems to have total disdain in his eyes when him and Palmer do not connect. TJ seems to be his favorite target but is in the CJ camp most likely. Do we want CJ here, I say NO NO.

I noticed the same thing during that game..

Chad Johnson is one of the last people I would want on this team..

I had similar observations.

That said, I had to side with CJ a couple times. Palmer's passes were just flat wrong. CJ was wide open for a TD and Palmer missed him like he was throwing it to a different county. It was one of the rare tosses in CJ's direction, and he was hitting TJ Whoseyermomma with almost every other pass. I guess I'd be a bit frustrated too.

Now, how you handle your frustration says a lot about you. We need help, but would this help? I'm not sure I want hotheads on our Raiders squad. What's Mike Williams up to?

TJ is constantly b*tching too. Whether at the refs or throwing his helmet. They definitely are spazzes. I feel bad for Palmer.

I agree a lot of Palmer's passes were very bad.

Spazzes? Wow - I haven't heard that since High School. Gnarley, dude!

Yeah, Palmer's a good guy but he's got to make those passes too. They're pissed because he's not throwing well. There's substance to their spazziness.

I would welcome CJ as well, he can be a true #1 here and we have a young strong armed qb who could benefit each other. Kiffin would have to control the situation though.

Very little. I should know because I live in Cincinnati. He misses throws occassionaly but they've had protection problems all year and their running game has been mostly innefective. Either way, I refuse to make excuses for their temper tantrums, with or without accurate throws.

Btw, did you really use the word spazz in High School?!?!

Advantage Raiders. Chad and TJ for our 2nd rounder, those trouble makers.

I do not have the same insight that you do with this situation, but does Palmer go out yell at CJ when he drops a ball or misses or refuse to throw a block?

From what I know he does not....Maybe that is what CJ needs.
