Yesterday they were talking about this on the radio and they said UCLA is cheap and was only paying $600K to their last HC. They said it would be hard for them to get a quality HC. IMO Cable is probably making more now then he would at UCLA and has less responsibility. I don't think he would go, and hope he doesn't...

Neiuheisal (sp) would be the perfect choice there, he played at UCLA he was an assistant there and he has college coaching experience, but he might be waiting for Billick to get the axe. Norm Chow would be another good choice. Jim Mora I think would be a great College coach also.

He has a terrible resume as a Head Coach. The AD at UCLA cannot be this stupid.

**** I hope he doesn't bail, but as a huge UCLA fan, it might not be a bad move for my Bruins, but, like Gen said, his track record as a head coach is less than stellar.. I'd rather he stay in Silver and Black though, and have the Bruins go look elsewhere.... Guerrero needs to make a big splash with this next hire, and I'm not sure Cable would be that big splash..
