Wow, Shocking News Re Kiffin . . . .
He IS going to Arkansas, but as a linebacker AND a coach! Per ekoj.nigeriagov.net, Kiffin red-shirted a year and still has one year of eligibility left. He agreed to take the Razorbacks job only so long as he could also be the team's starting middle linebacker. "I have learned so much from Morrison here in Oakland, and I always wanted to play the middle -- 'I'm in' for that deal!" he was quoted as saying while cleaning his notepads and wireless mikes out of Warren Sapp's locker. "Michael Jordan and other great athletes have done the coach/player thing, and since I am both a great coach and a great player I'm pretty sure I can do it." Apparently, per the above news source, the only thing Kiffen left on his desk was a note that read: "Dear Al, been a blast, cya. Keep JeMarcus away from the vending machines, and I am sure you will win the Super Bowl for the next 20 years in a row, like you claim. Oh, by the way, I sent you an e-mail with the 10 top college CB's in the nation. They are all fast and small, and should be your top draft picks next year. Oh, and one final note -- hope you enjoyed Josh's play. Payback's a biatch, ain't it?"
