Next Raiders Coach: Charlie Weis?
Just heard some people talking on the radio today about how he's probably going to be fired by Notre Dame and how the Raiders may be interested in him if they decide to let go of Kiffin. He does have nfl experience but I don't know about him being our HC. Let's hope Al keeps Kiffin.

Bringing him in as some type of coach would be OK. Maybe a TE's coach or something along those lines to see if there's anything there. I'm not that impressed with Knapp's offense so far (playcalling), I think Kiffen does have potential - he's a rookie head coach, give him time and give him good coordinators.

QB coach. I dont trust him running the offense or having much say in it.

Weiss is a perfect example of how Quinn basically carried that team.
