I like the sound of it if he was a free agent and we had already signed rooks and resigned vets who deserve long term extension. But we have no trade bait, and prob after all other signings get done no money for briggs either. But I would love to see him in the Silver and Black thats 4 sure, and just to adress what someone else said about playing out their contracts. I dont think Briggs is being so selfish in his holdout, he has played great for Chi Town and though he gets something like 7 mill for this year as a Franchise player he has no long term security and if he was to get injured that would be it for him. It is a business 4 them even if its not to us.
