They drafted Jarrett to get younger in the receiving department and they wanted to free up some cap space. Moderators feel free to move this thread as it slightly pertains to the raiders now that he is a free agent. I doubt we will go after him though, we have a surplus of receivers right now

....was just cut by the Panthers. They must've seen what a good job he was doing on ESPN's draft coverage and don't want him moonlighting.

I think he'd be a good look in the Silver and Black. Veteran leadership and a more experienced route runner to help Russell's development couldn't hurt. Plus he can hang around the East Bay and track down those fools who jacked him for his jewelry!

I wouldn't have a problem with Key. He's a quality vet. He's competitive. He catches balls.
