Insider Information
I work inside the Raider organization (lower management), and I have gotten word that we will be getting David Carr and trading the #1 pick for cash, a later 1st round pick, and next year's second round pick. Most likely to the 4-5 position. This is as legitimate a piece of information that will be posted. Trust me, this is all the talk in the organization. It's about finalizing the deal now.

Let's think about this for a second...

3 years ago the Giants gave San Diego the #4 choice in the draft, an extra second rounder that same year, and a FIRST rounder the next year to move up from #4 to #1. But we will be doing a similar move for only an extra second rounder next year.

That does not make a whole lot of sense. We should get way more than that.
