I really do think this is wrong.

I think the assistant coaches are mostly all deserving of being fired after last season, but to make them sit by and not land jobs elsewhere, out of spite, may be the smart thing competitively, but it's just wrong morally.

I mean, who cares if Norvell goes to Nebraska? I can understand not wanting to lose a few assistants to the same position on another team (as opposed to promotions), but it's just classless.

And classless, in my book, is not a word often applied to Al Davis and the Raiders.
