That is very smart of Davis waiting for other teams to hire their coaches so there is only one coaching job open. I strongly feel he will wait till after the Super Bowl to select a new coach. I just hope this coach would be in the same mold of a Jon Gruden.

It just sickens me that we lost two talented coaches in Shannahan and Gruden to other teams and both have taken their teams to the Super Bowl.
