Raiders' roster will be big job
Who'll stay or go is top priority for new coach
By Bill Soliday, STAFF WRITER The name of Bill Callahan's successor remains a mystery. This much is known. He will be one very busy man -- busier than most coaches, thanks to the task that awaits him. The Oakland Raiders have a roster seemingly chock full of dissension, disgust and disappointment. No argument there. Some -- like defensive tackle Rod Coleman -- couldn't get out of town fast enough at the end. How much of that was solved with the discharge of Callahan? It will settle well with some of the more unsettled players. Others have had it with the club because it allowed what happened to happen. But beyond those who can be described as "happy or unhappy Raiders" -- not all of whom are readily identifiable -- there exists perhaps a more compelling issue: To wit, who should remain or go? http://www.oaklandtribune.com/Storie...870040,00.html
