"Steve Sarkisian is 32 years old, and by old, we mean younger than six players on last year's roster.
He has not been a head coach. He hasn't been an offensive coordinator. He has one year of NFL experience as the Raiders' quarterbacks coach in 2004" That is what scares me, I would rather see him given a shot as OC under someone like Martz, he could get ready for the job. But I have faith that Al's not going to hire him unless he has impressed the hell out of him. |

I agree, we wont be worse then this past season and although some ppl dont love Al, no one can say that he doesnt have an eye for spotting young coaching talent. He had hired many great young coaches with little to no experience, and to be honest, the top candidates out there just dont wanna coach here.
So im gonna trust Al to do the right thing here, and hopefully whoever he brings in, most likely Sark, will bring creativity to this offense. |

I don't know who's gonna be the man, but i do have good feeling about our new coach. I am sure we are gonna win more games this year.

I agree with you 100%. The only thing that I worry about is what Ryan will do if he doesn't get the job. He's done an amazing job with the defense. The players love him. He's definitely a long term keeper. But he wants to be a HC. And other teams are going to be making him offers. He might stick around this time if Al brings in another HC. But if the new guy does really well -- which we all hope and pray he will -- I don't think Ryan will stick around long. So maybe it's better to make Ryan HC now to make sure he stays and keeps our D on track.
