I read reports the Raiders re-signed TE OJ Santiago and may have placed TE Fred Wakefield (knee) on IR, but I've seen nothing official yet. They do have a roster spot open, two if Wakefield's out.

NFLE exemptions have expired as of the 75-man roster cut (tomorrow). The only NFLE participant who survived the expiry is DL Dave Tollefson, at least as of today.

WRs Rich Parson and Lauren Williams; OTs Albert Toeaina and Torrin Tucker; DL Jared Clauss; and DBs Levonne Rowan and Colin Branch.

The Raiders are at 78 active players, one on NFI (Bush) and one unsigned (Russell). Three cuts TK by tomorrow.

And Sapp, I wish I knew. I've seen the news in Premium, but of course there's nothing definite as of now.

(NOTE: I was mistaken in my math before: Bush, on PUP/NFI, counts against the roster since he's still considered "active." So the Raiders needed four cuts today - Gabriel and the three above - not the three I mentioned. My bad.)
