Updated the NFLE list: Levonne Rowan was reassigned to the Amsterdam practice squad; and Lauren Williams has moved into the starting lineup for Rhein.

CB John Bowie, a fourth-round draft pick, signed; remove "unsigned" designation and add him to players under contract.
Delete DT Larry "Not That One" Brown, a rookie free agent, waived to make room. The Raiders are at the 80-man roster limit (plus 5 exemptions for the NFLE players) so as each draft pick signs - 10 left - somebody has to go. |

Move DE Jay Richardson to the "signed" draft pick pile, per Raiders.com. Delete OT Eddie Keele, waived to make room. |

Move FB Oren O'Neal to the "signed" pile... but no word on who was cut to make room.
Add OT Albert Toeaina, who played in NFL Europa this spring and is exempt. Place LB/FB Ricardo Dickerson on IR/NFLE with his spring injury. So the Raiders are one over the limit pending a cut to make room for O'Neal. |

Add DT Lauvale Sape - exempt as an NFLE player.
Also, the mystery is solved, Ourlads reports the Raiders have an NFLE bonus exemption - and they've used it Thomas Howard, which frees up a roster spot for Oren O'Neal. A few uni# changes, too: Back from Europe, Tollefson gets 97, Williams 6 and Parson 4; BJ Ward switches to 28. Recent signee Toeaina gets 73. That leaves Dickerson (injured in Europe), Rowan (also injured in Europe but not on reserve) and the just-signed Sape without numbers. |

The answer is, Bryant McNeal.
Delete the RE, who just got arrested, and that puts the Raiders back at the 80-man roster limit. |

I added notations next to RB Dominic Rhodes and SS Jarrod Cooper that they are suspended for games 1-4 by the NFL. To the best of my knowledge, they can compete in camp and therefore count against the Raiders' camp roster limit.
