The Raiders are at the 80-man roster limit (plus 5 exemptions for the NFLE players) so as each draft pick signs - 10 left - somebody has to go.

Move DE Jay Richardson to the "signed" draft pick pile, per Raiders.com.

Move FB Oren O'Neal to the "signed" pile... but no word on who was cut to make room.

Add OT Albert Toeaina, who played in NFL Europa this spring and is exempt.

Place LB/FB Ricardo Dickerson on IR/NFLE with his spring injury.

So the Raiders are one over the limit pending a cut to make room for O'Neal.

Add DT Lauvale Sape - exempt as an NFLE player.

Also, the mystery is solved, Ourlads reports the Raiders have an NFLE bonus exemption - and they've used it Thomas Howard, which frees up a roster spot for Oren O'Neal.

A few uni# changes, too: Back from Europe, Tollefson gets 97, Williams 6 and Parson 4; BJ Ward switches to 28. Recent signee Toeaina gets 73.

That leaves Dickerson (injured in Europe), Rowan (also injured in Europe but not on reserve) and the just-signed Sape without numbers.
